You will be better off by yourself, as well as more attractive to the opposite sex, if you boost your confidence. The way to do this is to work on yourself every day. Get on top of things in your life, and keep your schedule full of interesting activity.

Do #2 – Sex is fun.

The question of when to have sex can be extremely complicated. But if you want to build lasting love, you need to answer this question for yourself, and for no other reason than to make it what you want it to be. Don’t use sex as a tool or a hook.

You need to know what your expectations are when it comes to sex. Know what your level of comfort is. Know what you want out of a relationship before you add sex to the mix, and stick to your guns.

When you do meet someone, you can blow it quickly if you try to push into anything too quickly. Pressure is not good for any relationship. You need to keep things fun.

Think about this while you are unattached. If you feel desperate to be in a relationship now, you will bring that desperation into dating. That’s not a healthy way to approach a potential boyfriend. So relax.

When you do start seeing someone, remember not to do all the talking. Many women, quite frankly, talk too much. They feel that they are bonding.

In fact, they are simply putting too much out there too quickly. You don’t need him to know every mundane detail about you immediately. If you want to build lasting love, let it grow more slowly.
